Class Act Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Community Relations Coordinator Near Louisville, KY
- Ensure Credit Union policies and procedures are being followed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as the credit union’s financial education ambassador by developing relationships with local universities, public schools, trade schools and other organizations that can provide avenues for financial education.
- Utilize Banzai and CUNA Financial Literacy programs to develop both internal and external members’ financial literacy through the website, in person sessions and coordinating with trainer to help develop staff.
- Identify opportunities to work in partnership with schools and community organizations to increase knowledge of basic personal finance and other consumer related information that promotes financial self-sufficiency among targeted markets.
- Identify opportunities to promote Credit Union benefits through sponsored events and help to coordinate the workers for those events with Branch Managers and Vice President of Sales and Service.
- Track, measure and report community relations efforts on a monthly basis; establish and maintain metrics to determine the ROI, when applicable.
- May require a flexible schedule to coordinate events on some weekends and evenings.
- Perform other such duties as may be assigned which are commensurate with the position and in the best interest of the Credit Union.
